"Learn to sell. Learn to build. If you can do both, you will be unstoppable." - Naval
I've always admired this saying. As someone who doesn't know how to code a single line apart from the commoner's language of HTML & CSS, I've envied developers my whole life.
The power someone has when they can exactly execute their own vision without depending on other minds is even better than chocolate pudding!
But whenever I feel down about this concept, I bring myself back up by saying that building is not just for developers, it's for every commoner and for businesses in any genre.
I've successfully built companies, social followings, and more importantly, a newsletter audience, which only a handful of my acquaintances can do.
Even though you have a great product or service, it's important to note that the real value of it is defined only when someone pays for it, however little it may be.
Selling and building are two essential components for success in any career or business. To be a successful seller, you need to persuade potential customers, build trust, and address any concerns they may have.
On the other hand, building requires creating something from scratch, solving problems, and having a long-term vision for the future.
But when you combine these two components, amazing things can happen. Successful entrepreneurs can sell their vision and build products that meet the needs and desires of their customers.
So, let's start building and selling our way to success!
Also, for your information, I started a new newsletter “Two Paise Club“ where I share a book highlight every day. You know what they say, "A book highlight a day keeps your brain awake.”
